I’m Nykos Kellys, a fitness professional, entrepreneur, and founder of Instructor United a global platform connecting fitness instructors, gyms, and brands.

I began my career in 2008–2009 at the age of 19, teaching group fitness classes while becoming a certified personal trainer.

What started as a passion for movement and performance quickly evolved into a long-term international career spanning over 15 years, working across six countries and gaining deep, real-world insight into the global fitness industry.

I specialize in group training and performance-based fitness, and I am a certified instructor across multiple disciplines, including Zumba, Jumping Fitness, HIIT, Pilates, and Les Mills programs such as Body Combat, Body Balance, and Sh’bam. My background in dance has also played a fundamental role in shaping my teaching style, creativity, and approach to movement since the beginning of my journey.

Through years of working in different countries and environments, I experienced first-hand a consistent challenge within the industry: even for qualified and experienced professionals, it is often difficult to access the right opportunities, connect with the right gyms, and find fair and consistent work.

This experience led me to create Instructor United in 2016, starting as a small Facebook community and later expanding into active WhatsApp networks across Germany, the UK, and Spain.

What began as a simple initiative to support instructors quickly grew into a real community helping fitness professionals find jobs, cover classes, and connect with opportunities across borders.

Today, Instructor United is evolving into a global platform with a clear mission: to simplify and strengthen how the fitness industry connects.

Our goal is to build a unified ecosystem where instructors, gyms, and brands can collaborate more effectively, discover real opportunities, and grow together worldwide.
